Our Mission
We’re in business to put care experienced young people’s employment, education and training opportunities, as our top priority.
What we do
Affinity work tirelessly to provide opportunities for care experienced young people. Creating opportunities through projects, partnerships, fundraising, learning and research.
Affinity Alliance
The Affinity Alliance is a group of three services; Amplify, Reframe and Tiny Tots. These focus on supporting young people's creative practice and experiences with a goal of establishing belonging, sense of community and identity, within wider society.
Work & Enterprise Institute
The Work & Enterprise Institute at Affinity 2020 CIC is a specialist post 16 college for young people who are care experienced with an Educational Health and Care Plan.
Leadership Consortium
The leadership consortium is where Team Affinity breaks new ground by researching and piloting cutting edge practice, that enriches the lives of our young people, leading to better equality of opportunity.
Project Spotlight
Reframe
Our Reframe Service provides one-to-one or small group support to empower our young people experiencing care. It’s an opportunity to discover, through a creative approach, a sense of self and belonging, utilising story telling methods.
